A A shall be punished by a fine of two million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

1. Defendant A

A. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (joint dangerous act) was a driver of a DoW car from March 1, 2016 to 02:16, the Defendant committed a common dangerous act, such as causing harm to others or causing danger to traffic, by driving at the front, rear or right or right or right or right or right or right or right or right or right, from the four distance from the west-gu in Daegu-gu, the Ngu, from around 02:03 to 04:16, up to about 20km on the road front of the ASEAN-gu, located in the same Gu via the four distance from the west-gu, Daegu-gu, the two gate tunnel, the new wing station, and the Dong seat.

B. On March 1, 2016, from around 02:03 to around 04:16, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, as a driver of a DNA BM car, driven a dM car by driving the car in distress, such as causing danger or injury to others or causing danger to traffic, by driving the car along the street from the four streets from the west-gu in Daegu-gu, Daegu to the street to the front roads of the same Gu via the four streets from the two sides of the Gu. The Defendant continued to operate the car in front of the same Gu through the four streets from the two sides of the Gu.

2. Defendant B, as a driver of GM5 vehicle, started from around 01:59 to around 04:13, on March 1, 2016, from the fourth distance of death in Daegu-gu, the Defendant committed joint dangerous acts, such as causing harm to others or causing danger to traffic, by starting from the fourth distance of death in Daegu-gu, and starting from about 20km to the roads front of the fourth distance of the seat in Daegu-dong-gu, Daegu-gu, through the gu, Daegu-gu, through the lower distance of four kilometers; and Defendant B, as a driver of the GM5 vehicle, committed joint dangerous acts, such as causing harm to others or causing danger to traffic.
