1. Around November 7, 2011, the Defendant supplied the goods to G, a representative director of the Victim F Co., Ltd., who supplied a lighting instrument, such as LED type, was false in the office of the Defendant’s management in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have any property as a bad credit holder, while he supplied a lighting fixture supplied by the victim company to another place, and received the price for the supply of the lighting fixture from the injured party who did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, even though he did not receive the payment from the injured party.

However, as seen above, Defendant 1 received a false statement from the victim company and received a lighting instrument equivalent to KRW 2,164,800 in total from the victim company on the same day, and acquired a total of KRW 407,234,300 from around that time to April 8, 2013 through supply of lighting instrument equivalent to KRW 407,234,30 in total through 18 times as shown in the list of crimes in the attached crime.

2. On August 21, 2012, the Defendant entered into a contract for the purchase of goods with the North Korean local government procurement service around August 21, 2012, including “493,630,000 won” and “from August 21, 2012 to February 28, 2014,” and supplied lighting fixtures, etc. to the former North Korean local government procurement service.

In order to guarantee the performance of the above purchase contract, the Defendant extended the contract amount to KRW 1,121,180,000 for the above procurement contract entered into with G, a representative director of the victim company, to KRW 1,121,180,000, and entered into a guarantee insurance contract (contract) with Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. in order to guarantee the performance of the above purchase contract. On March 7, 2013, the Defendant was under the supply of lighting equipment from the victim company.
