2.(a)

The defendant Korean Automobile Trade Union shall be the automobile trade union in the area south of Gwangju.

A. The defendant branch is a trade union consisting of members who joined the defendant branch among the employees working on the high-speed business division and the employees working on the service and maintenance service on L Co., Ltd., and the main contents of the rules of the defendant branch are as specified in the rules of the attached Table of the branch. The defendant branch consists of the Seoul branch and the defendant Gwangju branch, and the members of L Co., Ltd belongs to the Seoul branch. 2) The plaintiffs are the members of the defendant branch.

B. Representatives and officers 1 of the Defendant branch’s Seoul Branch’s Seoul Branch’s 11 representatives, and the Defendant Gwangju Branch’s Seoul Branch’s 6 representatives are the Election Commission composed of each subdivision’s 6 representatives (hereinafter “Election Commission”).

Under the supervision of the branch, the representatives elected by the branch are also qualified as representatives of the defendant branch (Article 15 subparagraph 2 of the Rules of the branch). The representatives elected by the branch shall be elected from among the representatives of the defendant branch through voting at the meeting of the representatives of the defendant branch, and the head of the defendant branch and the head of the site shall be the head of the relevant branch (Article 25 subparagraph 4 of the Rules of the branch). The term of office of the representatives is two years (Article 3 subparagraph 2 of the Rules of the branch), and the term of office of the head of the defendant branch and the head of the site division is three years (Article 27 subparagraph 1 of the Rules of the branch office). The defendant Gwangju branch shall be elected from December 3, 2013 to the 11th day of the same month, and the defendant Gwangju branch shall be elected from the 10th day of the same month to the 10th day of the same month, and the chairperson of the defendant Gwangju branch shall be the 10th day of the 10th election.

2 In the election of representatives of this case, 17 persons from among the members of the defendant Gwangju District Council were registered as candidates for representatives upon the recommendation of the members as listed below, and E, F, J, G, H, and K from among the candidates are representatives of the defendant Gwangju District Council.
