Defendant

B On July 2, 2015, the Seoul Central District Court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as the Mediation of Commercial Sex Acts, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 19, 2016.

1. Defendants A’ joint crime is the owner of the business in charge of managing the profits while operating the commercial name “G” in the name of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Ftel 323 and 422, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and Defendant B is the head of the above business office in charge of the reservation and guidance of customers.

At around 20:30 on April 5, 2016, the Defendants conspired to advertise the said establishment at H, “I,” “J,” “K,” and “L,” and received KRW 1.52,00 won from the customer M who found the said establishment, and had the employee N (the 23 years of age) do sexual intercourse under the said 422, and then, Defendant A arranged for the said business from January 14, 2016 to April 5, 2016, and Defendant B, from February 1, 2016 to April 5, 2016, and from February 5, 2016 to April 5, 2016.

2. Defendant A

A. On April 5, 2016, the Defendant, around 21:00, received 1.50,000 won for sexual traffic from customers’O and engaged in sexual intercourse withO on a single occasion.

B. On February 2016, the Defendant: (a) received 110,000 won or KRW 140,000 from P inception for commercial sex acts from P; and (b) engaged in commercial sex acts one time with P inception.
