1. The Defendant’s KRW 42,026,570 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from January 1, 2017 to April 10, 2018 and the following day.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff supplied goods, including PVC synthetic resin, to the Defendant several times from January 1, 2016 to March 8, 2018, but the Plaintiff is not liable to pay the price of the goods to the Plaintiff and the damages for delay.
