2. Claim as to the construction of the defendant Treatment Construction Corporation

A. Basic facts (1) The Plaintiff is a local government composed of occupants of Busan Shipping Daegu B (hereinafter “the instant officetel”), and the Defendant Kuhmon Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Kuhmon Group”) is the contractor of the instant apartment, and the Defendant Solomon Group (hereinafter “Defendant Solomon Group”) is the executor of the instant apartment.

(2) Upon entering into a contract with Defendant Solomon Group for construction works for the construction of the instant officetels on a scale of 6 stories above ground and 39 stories above ground, Defendant Daewoo Construction commenced on February 24, 2007 and completed on July 24, 2007.

(3) From April 2004, Defendant Solomon Group sold the instant officetel, and it advertised to the effect that “business center (402 and 305 square meters)” and “gy clubs, golf clubs, golf clubs, strings, and gynas,” which are provided by office fixtures, supplies, etc. that can handle international affairs in the sale promotion materials, are provided as services. The occupants of the instant officetel moved in from around 2008.

(4) The instant officetel 401 was operated from around 2008 to around 2011. The instant officetel 401 was used for other purposes after completing the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the Defendant Daewoo Construction on December 31, 2008. The instant officetel 402, which was scheduled to be the “business center”, is not operated for that purpose, and is used for personal office, etc. after completing the registration of ownership transfer under the name of D on July 10, 201.

(5) From August 25, 2014 to March 6, 2015, the Plaintiff, from 172 households among the total 202 households of the instant officetels.
