1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and its amount shall be 5% per annum from October 28, 2015 to January 7, 2019, and 8 January 2019 to the Plaintiff. < Amended by Act No. 15835, Jan. 8, 2019>
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. According to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019), the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is 12% per annum from June 1, 2019. Thus, the part of the claim for damages for delay seeking payment exceeding the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 is rejected.
