Punishment of the crime
On August 10, 2019, around 05:10 on the road near Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant driven the automobile volume of D horse with the alcohol level 0.154% under the influence of alcohol level 0.154% in a section of approximately 600 meters from the road near the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the right road to the direction of the mountain.
