With respect to the foregoing case, this Court rendered a judgment on April 19, 2018 in the order column for the above suspension of execution.

Reasons

Since there is an obvious error in the above judgment, it shall be decided as ordered by the decision to correct it ex officio pursuant to Article 25 (1) of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure.
