When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The defendant is a person who served as the director general of the external cooperation bureau of the cooperative.

1. On August 31, 2012, the Defendant participated in an assembly or demonstration on a yearly basis with approximately 8,800 participants in other assemblies at around 16:24 on the same day while participating in an assembly or demonstration and interfering with the passage of at least 10 minutes per hour from around 16:20 on August 31, 2012 to around 17:30 on the same day, at around 16:24, the Defendant participated in the assembly or demonstration at the intersection of the zone where he/she is located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul and at the same time, by taking part in the assembly or demonstration and taking part in rescue other means; from around 16:20 on August 31, 2012 to around 17:30 on the same day.

As above, the Defendant conspired with other participants in other assemblies and interfered with traffic on land by other means.

2. On November 24, 2012, the Defendant, at around 16:10 on November 24, 2012, attended the “the fourth pan-national conference to solve the problem of two vehicles” held in the public forum in Seoul, Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, at around 16:10 on November 24, 2012, obstructed the passage of vehicles for about 30 minutes from around 18:31 on the same day, with approximately 80 participants in other assemblies, by occupying six lanes in the front direction of the hotel of the printer who is located in Tae-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, with approximately 18:31 on the same day, and obstructed the passage of vehicles for about 30 minutes from around November 24, 2012 to around 19:00.

As above, the Defendant conspired with other participants in other assemblies and interfered with traffic on land by other means.

3. On January 30, 2013, the Defendant, at around 14:40 on January 30, 2013, attended the “Resolution for the Elimination and Removal of Extraordinary Industries” held in the front of the headquarters of the “Korea-China Industries” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the Defendant started the front of the headquarters of Korea-China Industries with approximately 1,300 participants in other assemblies, and took place to the South, the Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, beyond the limit of 17:05 on the same day.
