Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On February 8, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle from the section of approximately 1 km to the front of the convenience store in the trade name in the area of the Suwon-si and the front of about 0.090% of alcohol concentration among blood transfusions at around 05:30%, from the section of approximately 1 km to the front of 1081-12.
