A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a space between the victim C (V, 44 years of age) and the first police officer from December 2014 to February 2016, 2016, and the Defendant hedgingd.
1.
