1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 70,162,284 and KRW 20,426,165 among them, from March 10, 2016 to the day of full payment.

(However, “creditor” and “debtor” are deemed to be “Plaintiff” and “debtor”. Meanwhile, at the first day of pleading of this case, the Plaintiff reduced the statutory interest rate, which is the basis for defining damages for delay, from 20% to 15% per annum on a year. 2.
