1. The Defendants jointly combine with the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000, and with respect thereto, the period from March 23, 2009 to September 30, 2015.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”. 2.
