The defendant shall calculate 150,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 18% per annum from June 15, 2010 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on June 15, 2010, lent to the Defendant the amount of KRW 1.5% per month agreed upon by the Defendant and KRW 150 million per due date on November 5, 2010. As such, the Plaintiff seeking the return of the said loan to the Defendant.
