2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

A. 1) The Plaintiff Company is a legal entity that completed the registration of incorporation on May 23, 2003 for the purpose of sports business, etc., and “F golf course” in the Hacheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-gun and E (hereinafter “F golf course”). The instant golf course is called the instant golf course.

2) G is a person who is named as the president at the same time as the manager of the Plaintiff Company, and the Plaintiff A is an infant of the said G.

3) The Defendant is a person owning the instant land in the vicinity of the instant golf course. (B) On January 1, 2007, the Plaintiff entered into a loan agreement on the instant land with respect to the land size of 1,124 square meters (hereinafter “the instant orchard”) from Macheon-gun, Macheon-gun, Macheon-gun, Macheon-gun, Macheon-gun, and leased it, and up to now, he is growing the instant trees on the said land.

(3) The Plaintiff Company used a total of 28 parcels of land, including each of the above lands, as the site for the instant golf course.
