1. The defendant shall pay 300,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from July 20, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on February 2007, lent KRW 300 million to the Defendant as business financing. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from July 20, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint.
