A. On October 4, 2005, the Plaintiff entered into the instant insurance contract with the Defendant as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract include the provisions on collateral and specific coverage as follows.

3-15. Security for cancer per Hospitalization (liability for Renewal) Special Terms and Conditions Article 2 (Liability for Damages) (1) of this Special Terms and Conditions: (a) A company shall compensate the insured under this Special Terms and Conditions in accordance with the Insurance Policy (Insurance Policy) of this Special Terms and Conditions if the diagnosis has become final and conclusive in the form of cancer, safafaf and safafafafababababa, and continuous hospitalization ( even if a hospital or a member has transferred to another hospital and a member, if the company recognizes it, then the company shall be deemed to have been hospitalized; hereinafter the same shall apply) and has received medical treatment from a doctor provided for in Article 5 (Definition and Place of Hospitalization).

Article 6 (Cancer Payments) (1) When the insured is hospitalized under Article 2 (Compensation for Loss), the Company shall pay the following amounts to the beneficiary (the insured if no beneficiary is designated), as the "Cancer Payments":

(2) The number of days of payment of cancer hospitalization benefits shall be limited to the maximum of 120 days per hospitalization per day, which is stated in the insurance policy (insurance policy) for cancer more than 3 days and not less than 1 day per day, other than the time of continuous hospitalization for not less than 4 days as cancer of the Gu.

(3) In the case of paragraph (1), where the insured has been hospitalized for at least four days for the purpose of treating the same cancer, internal cancer, and bordering species at least twice, the number of days of hospitalization shall be deemed continued hospitalization and the provisions of paragraph (2) shall be applied accordingly.

However, the final hospitalization is paid even when hospitalization is made for the same cancer, stove cancer, and stoves.
