1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as that of the part concerning the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it can be cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. Since it is obvious that "1,275,115 won" in the third part of the judgment of the court of first instance is a misunderstanding of "1,257,115 won", it is so decided as per Disposition.
