Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. On November 04, 2018, the Defendant: (a) laid down a C Terminal D 3 floor, namely, tin-to-face c, installed a cart with the victim H located in a cart and used a gap in which surveillance was neglected; (b) cut off with three hand bags equivalent to KRW 30,000 at the market price of the victim’s possession; and (c) with three cosmetics equivalent to KRW 100,000 at the market price of KRW 10,000,000 at the market price.
4. Accordingly, even if the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to the larceny, he again committed the larceny during the period of repeated crime.
