1. The Defendant’s KRW 23,923,857 with respect to the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from March 2, 2018 to December 20, 2019.
1. The fact of recognition is that the defendant is a doctor to operate the Institute for Foreign Aviation (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Hospital”) located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
On February 26, 2018, the Plaintiff visited Defendant Hospital on February 26, 2018, after undergoing blood examination, and received cryp removal and cryp surgery on March 2, 2018 (hereinafter “instant surgery”).
On March 17, 2018 after the discharge, the Plaintiff received outpatients from the Defendant Hospital every day by March 17, 2018. While receiving outpatients, the Plaintiff was provided with a prescription, such as piracys, dusts, and so on.
After the instant surgery, the Plaintiff complained of dynasium and pain, and the Defendant prescribed the Plaintiff three-time dynasium, but the dynasium increased the dynasium and prescribed the dynasium as from March 17, 2017.
As the situation becomes worse, the Plaintiff was in the emergency room of the D Hospital on March 17, 2018. The Plaintiff was hospitalized in the D Hospital on March 19, 2018, and was hospitalized in the G Hospital to undergo crypty and negative pressure treatment on several occasions until May 17, 2018, and was hospitalized in the F Hospital during the period from May 17, 2018 to May 30, 2018, and was hospitalized in the G Hospital during the period from June 1, 2018 to June 22, 2018, and was hospitalized in the G Hospital to undergo crypty treatment, and was hospitalized in the G Hospital during the period from August 13, 2018 to August 17, 2018.
