1. The Defendant’s decision against the Plaintiff is based on the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2012Kadan50225 Decided June 14, 2012.

Reasons

The Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff, etc. seeking the payment of the acquisition amount under Seoul Central District Court Decision 2012Da502025, which became final and conclusive around June 14, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive around that time. On December 15, 2016, there is no dispute between the parties on the fact that the Plaintiff fully repaid the amount that the Defendant ordered the Defendant to pay to the Defendant on December 15, 2016. Therefore, compulsory execution based on the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2012Da5025, Jun. 14, 2012 against the Plaintiff ought to be dismissed.
