A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On March 28, 2019, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act from the Cheongju District Court.
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaging in driving a B-learning passenger car.
On March 9, 2020, at around 02:05, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.181%, and led to the driving of the said car along the two-lanes between the two-lanes from the Cheongju-si New Tri-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu and the Cheongju-si, Goju-si, to the Cheongju-si, the Cheongju-do New T

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to operate the brakes accurately, and caused the Defendant to shock the rear part of the Defendant’s driving car in front of the Defendant’s driving car.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury, such as salt, tension, etc., by occupational negligence, to the victim for about three weeks of medical treatment.
2. Around March 22, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) driving on the B-learning car under the influence of alcohol by 0.181% in a section of approximately 9.5km from the front of the Cheongju-gu E on the Cheongju-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju-si to the front road of the Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si.
