The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court that maintained the reasoning, the court below’s finding the Defendants guilty of the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning is acceptable.

In doing so, there is no error of law by misunderstanding facts beyond the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles on the Occupational Safety and Health Act.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
