except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant, who was originally Vietnam's nationality, proposed that he would arrange for a Korean woman who acquired Vietnam's nationality to enter Korea through a disguised marriage with Vietnam's woman and would offer 7,50,000 won per week to Korea, and C conspired in order by ordering D to recruit Korean male according to the defendant's proposal.

1. The Defendant, in collusion with C and D, intended to enter into the Republic of Korea Vietnam Women E (E and F) (E and F), for which employment is sought, in collusion with C and D, had C and D photograph Korean male G, while having no intention to marry with E and G, take a fake marriage photograph and prepare documents necessary for marriage. C, upon having G prepare a false marriage report and submit it to the public official in charge at Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office on May 25, 2010, by having a public official in charge not aware of such fact enter it into the family relationship electronic data processing system, which is a public electronic record, and had a public official in charge keep a family relation register stating such false fact, and from that time to March 31, 2011, enter the false fact in the total amount of eight times as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and had him/her exercise a public record by means of an electronic record. < Amended by Act No. 10318, May 25, 2010>

2. No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall invite an alien by fraudulent means, such as making a false entry of the alien or providing a false reference, or arrange such invitation, in order to allow the alien to enter the Republic of Korea;

The Defendant, as above, in collusion with C and D, in the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Vietnam on June 21, 2010, and regardless of the fact that G and E were not genuinely married, E is to Korea.
