1. The defendant delivers to the plaintiff the part on the right side of the second floor indicated in the attached Form No. 115 square meters among the buildings listed in the attached Table, and August 1.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The Defendant did not pay the rent of KRW 18 million until September 24, 2014; thus, the lease contract entered into between the Defendant and the owner of the building indicated in the order of paragraph (1) is terminated; and the Defendant, upon deducting the deposit of KRW 10 million from the delivery of the building and the overdue rent of KRW 18 million, shall be claimed for the payment of KRW 8 million.
