Punishment of the crime
The Seoul Olympic Games National Sports Promotion Foundation and a person, other than an entrusted business entity, shall not gambling by using prohibited acts of offering property or property benefits to persons who win the results by issuing voting rights to participate in sports or things similar thereto.
Nevertheless, from February 18, 2015 to January 1, 2016, the Defendant connected 'B sports soil site (domain verification date)' to 'B sports sports soil site' and lost money from 100,000 won to 515 times, as shown in the list of crimes, if the Defendant did not receive money from 106,06,50 won to 50,000 won from 10,000 won from 10,000 won from 20,000 won from 20,000 won from 20,000 won from 20,000 won from 330,000 won from 20,000 won from 20,000 won from 20,000 won from 20,000 won from 20,000 won from 20,000 won from 30,000 won from 30,000 won from 20.
