1. The Defendant delivers the building indicated in the attached Form to the Plaintiff, and KRW 10 million per month from September 15, 2015 to the above delivery date.

Reasons

1. Claim for delivery of a building on the ground that the lease agreement dated August 5, 2014 (including KRW 150,000,000,000,000 for lease deposit, and KRW 11,000,000 per month for rent) was terminated as the rent in arrears, and a claim for unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent in arrears or rent in arrears.
