1. The defendant
(a) order the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
B. From February 14, 2014, the above buildings.
Reasons
1. On August 13, 2013, the Defendant, with the indication of the claim, leased the building indicated in the attached list from the Plaintiff as KRW 2 million, KRW 350,000,000 per month, and the said building was delivered by the Plaintiff, but the said building was not paid from February 14, 2014. As such, the said lease contract is terminated, and the said building is sought for the payment of rent or unjust enrichment equivalent to KRW 350,00 per month from February 14, 2014 to the name of the said building.
2. Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
