Reasons
1. Indication of claim: The delivery of real estate between the plaintiff and the defendant on September 15, 2018 on the ground that the lease contract concluded on the real estate stated in the purport of claim was terminated by the defendant's delinquency in rent and the claim for return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent.
2. Grounds for determination: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
