1. The defendant's Jeju District Court Decision 2007Gapo1061 Decided November 29, 2007 against the plaintiff is based on the defendant's Jeju District Court Decision 2007Gapo1061.

Reasons

According to the statement in the "written confirmation of debt repayment and termination" (A evidence 3-1), since it is recognized that all of the debt confirmed by the judgment in Paragraph (1) of this Article and the execution cost of real estate auction commenced by the above judgment have been repaid or redeemed, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted.
