On June 19, 2015, the Plaintiff sought a rejection of compulsory execution based on the original copy of the said judgment on the ground that the Defendant paid the full amount of the judgment in accordance with the judgment of the Seoul Central District Court 2012 Gohap534740 case among the original Defendant.
