At around 22:00 on April 22, 2015, the Defendant committed assault against the victim D (year 52) who was an employee of Gyeyang-gu Incheon, on the ground that the Defendant received the 10 foot money from the Cmatet located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, and caused the Defendant to control the 10 foot from the victim D (year 52) who was an employee.
