The prosecution against the defendant is dismissed.

Reasons

On December 31, 2013, around 02:30 on December 31, 2013, the facts charged in the instant case reveal that, without any reason, the Defendant “Is that there is a bad female E (nive femalee)” in the public toilets in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, and without any reason, assaulted the Defendant at one time against the victim’s left side, but the Defendant expressed that I would not want to punish the Defendant after the prosecution, so the prosecution in this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
