Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. From July 14, 2015 to March 17, 2016, M entered into a sales contract with the Plaintiffs (part of the Plaintiffs are the persons who succeeded to their status from the first buyer, and refers to the Plaintiffs) and the Defendants as to the pertinent land indicated in the total land area column in the table (2) below, pursuant to the provisional partition plan map (Evidence 3) among the land of 9,613 square meters of esisi-si (hereinafter “instant land”) through N Co., Ltd., a consignment consignment (hereinafter “instant land”) pursuant to the provisional partition plan, including the road portion in which the location is owned as specified in the table (Evidence 3), as indicated in paragraph (2) below, for the pertinent land.

B. The Plaintiffs and the Defendants filed a lawsuit against M with M seeking the registration of ownership transfer regarding the pertinent shares entered in the registration of ownership transfer in the registration of ownership transfer corresponding to each of the entire land of this case.

After the plaintiffs withdrawn their respective lawsuits after consultation with M during the proceeding of the lawsuit at issue, on August 4, 2017, the plaintiffs' shares in the registration of transfer of paragraph (5) of the above Table among the land at issue are stated.
