The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and he received 10,000 won of the market price from the injured party by being provided with 20,000 won of the market price at the same time as the 10,000 won of the market price.

On October 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 12:00 on October 12, 2018, “M” restaurant in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, was engaged in as if he would pay the victim N the normal drinking value, etc. even though he did not have any other effective means of payment; and (b) he was provided with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 34,000,000, in total, from the victim, he did not pay the same amount, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

On September 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 17:50 on September 28, 2018, Q “P” operated by the victim P in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon; (b) was committed as if he were to pay the food and alcohol value despite the lack of money in water; and (c) was committed as if he were to pay it; and (d) was provided with 11,000 won in total from the damaged person, and acquired it by deception.

On October 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 11:50 on October 7, 2018, at the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu R; and (b) "T" restaurant operated by the victim S., the Defendant orders as if he did not pay the alcohol and the food cost, and the equipment is equivalent to KRW 11,00 from the victim.
