1. The Defendant’s KRW 112,971,300 as well as 5% per annum from March 28, 2015 to August 21, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

The Plaintiff entered into an interest rate agreement with the Defendant on July 3, 2003 to acquire membership on the date of full payment of the membership deposit, and the period of membership for ten years thereafter. If the Plaintiff disclosed his/her intention of withdrawal from the office from 30 days before the expiration date to the expiration date, the Defendant agreed to return the membership deposit to the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff paid the Defendant the down payment of KRW 22,862,600 on the date of the contract, the down payment of KRW 112,971,300 on the day of the contract, and the balance on December 26, 2013; the Plaintiff applied for withdrawal from the Defendant around the end of January 29, 2014; the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed on March 27, 2015 on the date of repayment of the membership deposit to the Plaintiff on March 27, 2015, and the Defendant is obligated to pay the annual interest rate of KRW 112,971,300,000 and delay damages on the following day of the lawsuit from 25.
