마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, who is not a person handling narcotics, did not deal with a psychotropic drug clockopon (one clopon; hereinafter “copon”), but sold, administered, or possessed the copon as follows.
1. Purchase of phiphones;
A. On March 4, 2016, the Defendant purchased 400,000 won from H’s residence near the G basin in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, through the language application of “I” prior to approximately one year, and then transferred 0.5g opphones to H’s account in return.
B. On March 7, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant purchased 80,000 phiphones by taking 1g of phiphones from the foregoing H at the foregoing place and remitting 80,000 won to H’s account in return.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On February 7, 2016, the Defendant was able to administer a philopon in collusion with the above in collusion with the above influences by inserting 0.05g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, and then the above influences were injected into the Defendant’s pool in a manner that the above influences were injected into the Defendant’s arms.
B. C. At around 20:00 on March 7, 2016, the Defendant injected philophones into water in H’s residence near the G basin in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and 0.05g of philophones into water for a single-use injection, and then injected philophones into his arms and trophophones.
The Defendant, around 22:00 on March 12, 2016, contained 0.05g of philopon in a nmotour room located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M for one-time use and dilution it with water, and then made his arms and stuffed with water.
