1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 31,906,81 and KRW 30,422,431 from July 25, 2002 until August 23, 2004.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (the judgment by service of public notice) is based on the following: (a) the creditor is deemed the plaintiff and the debtor; and (b) the payment order among the same debtor is finalized by the Suwon District Court Decision 2015Da7332.
