1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving Cone Stars.
On November 2, 2014, the Defendant driving the above vehicle around 11:40 on November 2, 2014, and driving the road at a speed of about 30km per hour depending on the two-lanes between the two-lanes in the direction of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2. On November 2, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without a driver’s license, and around November 12, 2014, from the 1603rd road of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu distributiondong 1296, and driving C Cost Star Corspick at a section of about 1km to the above road.

3. Around January 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a vehicle of approximately two meters in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Frox parking lot without a driver’s license (Class I driver’s license).
