1. The defendant shall pay 130,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from January 1, 2007 to the day of complete payment.
1. On February 25, 2006, the Defendant indicated the claim and C agreed that “the Plaintiff shall set the amount of KRW 130,000,000,000 in interest rate of KRW 12% per annum to the Defendant and C, and the Defendant and C shall jointly and severally pay the said principal and interest until February 25, 2008.”
However, Defendant and C have paid only interest of KRW 8,460,00 in around 2006 and have not paid the remaining principal and interest. Thus, the Plaintiff seek the payment of the principal and interest on the loan after January 1, 2007 against the Defendant.
