A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant treated the Mesoftop (hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) as follows:
1. Purchasing philophones;
A. On November 7, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 500,000,000 from F in cash from the Defendant’s music working room (E) around the Defendant’s music working room (E), located in Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si.
B. On May 10, 2017, around 20:48, the Defendant sent a PIN number of KRW 700,000,000 for non-teco gift certificates to the seller of non-diaphonephones who uses a conversation name “H” in “G,” and sought approximately 1g of phiphonephones attached to the IHousing box, Yangcheon-gu Seoul, which the seller informed.

On May 12, 2017, around 15:36, the Defendant sent a PIN number of KRW 700,000,000 to the seller, i.e., non-coin merchandise coupons 700,00,000.
(d)
On May 13, 2017, the Defendant sent a PIN number of KRW 900,000,000 to the seller like the above B. B., the Defendant sought approximately 0.5g philophones attached to the K-based stairs of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which the seller informed, and approximately 1g philophones attached to the Gangseo-gu L electricity distribution box.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased approximately 4.5g philophones in total on four occasions.
2. Sale of Handphones;
A. On February 15, 2017, at around 00:05, the Defendant: (a) received cash of KRW 500,000 from the music working room at the above “E” music working room; and (b) sold one philopon (one 0.7g philopon) to M.
B. Around 01:00 on February 20, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 500,000 in cash from the stairs located in N in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N, the middle floor of the exit room of 2,000,000, and sold approximately 0.7g of phiphones (perphones) to M.

On May 10, 2017, the Defendant received 7.50,000 won from P (one name Q) to one bank account under the name of the Defendant, and around 02:00 on May 11, 2017.
