1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 70,000,000. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons

1. Indication of Claim: A statement on the grounds of claim as shown in the attached Form (Provided, That the “creditor” is “Plaintiff,” and “debtor” is “Defendant,” respectively). 2. A judgment which is deemed a confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act and the Defendant, after being served with the authentic copy of the payment order, submitted a simple objection, and did not submit a specific written reply. Since the Defendant did not appear on the date of pleading, it is deemed that all of the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to confession pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
