[Criminal record] On May 31, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud at the Suwon Giwon, which became final and conclusive on October 19, 2017.

"2017 Highest 5970" posted an advertisement to the effect that the Defendant will carry out a paint work at a price lower than the market price on the Internet BKapet C bulletin board, and then received the payment from the victims who reported the above advertisement and received the payment for the work from the victims who did not contact, and then acquired the payment for the work by means of a construction work to a level of 1 to 2 days and a locked method.

1. On July 4, 2016, around July 4, 2016, the Defendant reported and contacted the above construction advertisement of the Internet Kafbook bulletin board around July 4, 2016, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D, stating that “The Defendant would have the painting construction work in the Korean Language Institute construction in the building located in the building in the Sungnam-gu E-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, KRW 5 million, and thereafter, demanded the additional installation cost of KRW 700,000,000 for construction cost and the additional construction cost of KRW 2 million.

However, as above, the Defendant thought that only one to two days of construction work had been carried out, and thus, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to normally carry out the private teaching institute seal construction work as agreed even if he received the construction payment from the injured party.

On July 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim; (b) transferred KRW 2 million from the victim to the F account in the name of the Defendant’s name on or around July 4, 2016; (c) KRW 700,000 as the construction cost for salt farm around the sixth day of the same month; and (d) KRW 2 million as the additional construction cost on or around the seventh day of the same month; and (b) KRW 6.2 million as part of the remainder of the construction cost on or around the eight day of the same month; and (c)

On February 20, 2017, the Defendant reported and contacted the above construction advertisement of the Internet Kaf C bulletin board around February 20, 2017, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim G who reported and contacted the above construction advertisement of the Internet Kaf C bulletin board in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul.

However, as above, the Defendant thought that only one to two days of construction progress, and thus, he was locked.
