A. On April 12, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an investment agreement with the Defendant on April 12, 2015 with respect to KRW 100 million for the repayment period of KRW 100 million, 2% per month of profit-making, and on the condition of guaranteeing principal, and paid KRW 100 million to the Defendant.

B. On October 12, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into an investment agreement with the Defendant on the condition that the principal is guaranteed, 20 million won per month of profit, and paid 20 million won to the Defendant.

C. The Defendant failed to perform its duty to pay profit-making profits more than twice, and the Plaintiff terminated each of the above investment agreements on this ground, and thus, the Plaintiff is obligated to return the investment amount of KRW 120 million to the Plaintiff.
