Punishment of the crime
On January 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution on February 6, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 29, 2016.

1. On August 16, 2017, at around 00:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as taking a bath on the part of the victim D (son, 45 years of age) located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and taking a bath on the part of the victim under the influence of the victim’s restaurant business, by placing an order for drinking and chilling the victim, and having the customers in the surrounding area take a bath, such as “eass and sprinks,” as a large figure, and setting the table in hand.
2. On August 16, 2017, around 00:30, the Defendant: (a) was arrested of the police officers called out after receiving a report on the crime referred to in paragraph (1) at the street in front of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E shop; (b) was arrested as a current offender; and (c) was detained in the detention room in the Seoul Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station located in Guro-ro 235, Guro-gu, Seoul.
On August 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 03:15, at the detention room of the police station in Guro-gu Seoul, Seoul, the Defendant kept up the right posts of police officers G belonging to Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul, Police StationF, with their fingers, and carried down the chest of the above G one time.
As such, the Defendant assaulted a police officer G and interfered with the legitimate performance of duties concerning G criminal investigation.

3. On August 11, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s restaurant business by force of about 15 minutes, such as assaulting the Victim I ( South, 27 years of age) in the Haban-gu Mannan-gu Manan-si, Mayang-si, the Gyeonggi-si, the Gyeonggi-si, and Haban-si, and knbing the Victim at the place of calculation, and attempting to throw the Victim’s knbly and rapidly.
