1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 60,000,000 won and each year from April 15, 2019 to May 31, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment made without holding any pleadings, which are grounds for recognition (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc.”) provides that statutory interest rates under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings shall be reduced from 15% per annum to 12% per annum, the part demanding a rate exceeding 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 out of the Plaintiff’s damages for delay as amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019.
