1. Basic facts
A. On June 25, 2003, the defendant is a housing reconstruction and rearrangement project association established with the authorization of establishment from the Namyang-si market in order to implement the housing reconstruction project (hereinafter "the housing reconstruction and rearrangement project in this case") using the E Institute as a project implementation district in Namyang-si.
