A. The Defendant: (a) sold D 101.7 square meters, E, 112.7 square meters, F, 43.1 square meters, G to G, 41.5 square meters, and 94.7 square meters to H, among land located in the Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Sung-gu (hereinafter “Before subdivision”); (b) in proportion to the total area of the land before subdivision, the Defendant completed a share transfer registration on the land before subdivision, as follows, according to the ratio of the size of each purchaser’s land to the total area of the land before subdivision.

B. After purchase of the above land from F, I completed the above 43.1/416.6 shares transfer registration, and J completed the above 41.5/416 shares transfer registration after purchase from G.

C. J, I, E, and D filed a lawsuit against the Defendant seeking the registration of transfer of ownership of a specific part purchased by Sungwon District Court Branch Branching 95da15321.

Accordingly, on February 9, 1996, the above court rendered a judgment that "The ownership of the portion of the land before division was acquired by D, E, F, and G, and the remaining portion of the part purchased by each party was established with respect to title trust, and the above title trust relation was succeeded to I, and J with respect to the part of the land purchased by others. Since J, I, E, and D expressed their intent to terminate the above title trust, the defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership for the reason of termination of each specific part of the land purchased by J, I, E, and D with respect to the share of 2.9/416.6 of each specific part of the land before division." The above judgment became final and conclusive.

Pursuant to the judgment of Suwon District Court 95Gadan15321, Suwon-gu, Sungwon-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the land before subdivision is 101.7 square meters for K 101.7 square meters for L, 112.7 square meters for L, M, 43.1 square meters for M, 41.5 square meters for N, 41.5 square meters for the reason of the cancellation of title trust (with respect to land above four parcels, each ownership transfer registration has been filed under the name of D, E, I, and J) and C large 94.7 square meters for the land above C large 94.7 square meters.
