1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 29, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On September 14, 2014, the Plaintiff seeking the return of the loan and the payment for delay, as the Plaintiff leased KRW 21,00,000 to the Defendant at an interest rate of 2% per month and the due date of payment on December 31, 2014.
